Elderflower O’Clock Mocktail Recipe

We have given a herbal twist to a quintessentially British cocktail using our very own wild elderflower, handpicked in the pristine high-altitude forests of the Caucasus Mountains. This mocktail is bursting with floral and fruity flavours – an absolute delight on a warm sunny day!

Recipe for 6-8 glasses

Ingredients

12g  Nazani Tea elderflower

1L    Sparkling lemonade

1L    Spring water

Strawberries, summer fruits, half an apple, orange/lemon/lime, ¼ cucumber, fresh mint leaves.

Method

Place the elderflower into a teapot (with a strainer), cafetiere, or boiling pot.

Boil the water and pour into the teapot, cafetiere, or boiling pot

Cover the teapot, cafetiere, or boiling pot and leave to infuse for as long as possible. Overnight infusions of 7-10 hours are encouraged but not necessary, as long as the mixture has cooled down naturally and no ice has been added in the process.

To create your mocktail strain 125ml into a highball glass and add 125ml of sparkling lemonade. Serve with ice and garnish with slices of cucumber, citrus fruit of your liking, strawberries/summer fruits/apple and bruised mint leaves.
